There are no returns or exchanges on final sale items. We emphasize quality and stand behind each and every product but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, simply email us within 7 days of receipt at thirdeden[at]gmail[dot]com with the following information: - Your order number, - Reason for return, - For exchanges, specify size and/or color. You will receive an email containing your RMA number, which is valid for 7 days. Items should be returned in new, unused and with all original tags still attached, shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. We reserve the right to deny credit if the goods do not meet the above return policy requirements. We will not accept merchandise without prior approval – any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. To ensure your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you return your item(s) in the original packaging provided along with tracking and insurance using reputable shipping services such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail since we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. **A 15% restocking fee plus freight related costs will be applied to returns accepted by us following pre-approval.
Is it a Final Sale item? If it is, there are no returns or exchanges. Is the item in new condition with tags and packaging intact? Has it been 7 days or less since you received your order? Email us at thirdeden[at]gmail[dot]com with your name, address, order#, item and specify whether it is a return or exchange. Wait for email with the Return Authorization# and further return instructions. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.
Your shipping costs are dependent on the weight, destination and method of shipping. For a shipping cost estimate click on the 'more destinations' link on the product page and enter your zip code or select the destination country from the drop-down menu. Estimated international shipping costs do not include taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes! We ship internationally to over 170 countries. You can get a shipping cost estimate by clicking on the "more destinations" link and selecting the country from the drop down menu. If you do not see your country listed or the country you selected returned a zero amount email us at thirdeden[at]gmail[dot]com with the item you would like to order to get a shipping quote. Please note any taxes or duties are your responsibility.
All our orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day via USPS or FedEx. Signature is not required unless requested or order is valued at $500+. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
